With all the conspiracy theories we hear about George Soros, can anyone explain to me what benefit a borderless world would be to George Soros?

From what I have read about him, he is very fond of Karl Popper and his idea of an 'open society', a world where borders are very porous and people, goods and money could move in total freedom from one country to another.

Since he is already very old, I think now he is not looking for his personal profit, but using his money to fight for his world vision and globalist institutions, for instance campaigning for a second Brexit referendum, or funding those who oppose Trump.

@Cierzo He is simply too visible. His name comes up over and over again. He is funding all the biggest troublemaking institutions in the US to promote the democrats and therefore promote socialism, which will destroy us.

@4meAndyou Exactly. He is visible, he gets the public eye and hate. He is a hateful person, but at the same he is acting as a bumper.

I don't think he is promoting socialism, though, he is closer to the Clintons than to Sanders.
