After watching much of the hearings unfold and todays testimonies, the guy is a tosser. Plain and simple.
I hope that somebody has the guts and the integrity to have him investigated fully by the FBI and that criminal charges are brought against him.

@WoodyAq Apparently, even the American Bar Association wants the allegations investigated by the FBI.
I'm no expert on such matters but, if they believe that the allegations can be investigated (without the need for time travel 😉) then there must be some basis for that belief.
I suppose it will all comes down to witness testimony, cognitive interview techniques and son on.

@WoodyAq As it stands, four women have accused Kavanaugh of various forms of sexual misconduct. According to Avenatti, there is a wealth of corroborating witness testimony which supports his client's claims. Furthermore, there is the common denominator of Mark Judge.
In my view, there is plenty there to be examined. Sure, it could all result in nothing. But, that should not prevent an investigation.
To me, a big part of the problem, with these types of cases, is the reluctance of investigators and prosecutors to do anything, unless they have a high chance of success.
That's why so many of these people get away with so much for so long.

@room101 I drank excessively in high school and college. I never forced myself on a woman, but I made some pretty embarrassing drunken passes. I also, during a blackout, offended and then challenged to mortal combat the Canadian national rugby team.
Being a drunken embarrassment in one's youth isn't a crime, thank the lord.
As for forcing himself: allegedly. The details of the accusations are too disparate to support a pattern of behavior.
