Trump used to claim the world was laughing at America

It wasn't true then. Or if it was, they were keeping it well hidden.

Two years later, thanks to Trump, the world is literally laughing out loud, at America, in Trump's face.

I wonder if he noticed?🤔 (It wasn't subtle.)
