Trump haters. You hate Trump and you want hate on him and remove him from office.

But, if you were President after Obama, what would you have done that would make you a better President than Trump?

1. Tell the truth.
2. Demonstrate interest in people instead of your made-for-TV image.
3. Don't do all the things you criticized Obama for doing (playing golf during working hours, relying on Executive Orders, etc.).
carsonfry · 22-25, M
@MarkPaul But you did not say what you would do that would be better.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@carsonfry Those 3 things.
carsonfry · 22-25, M
Those are philosophies, they are not actions. Trump acted. What would you have acted on that would make you a better president than Trump?
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@carsonfry Telling the truth isn't a philosophy. The fact that you don't think it's an action pretty much establishes a severe limitation.

Demonstrating interest in people requires action. The fact you think it's just words suggests an orientation that is troubling.

Playing golf when you should be working and taking the easy way out by issuing Executive Orders because you don't want to put the effort into winning people over to your point of view shows an amazing lack of action.

I would have acted by being truthful, by showing interest in people, and by not playing golf. What are you not capable of understanding?

@MarkPaul So your are saying Trump is doing a bad job. I ask you again. If you were president, what would you have done to do provide a better result than Trump?
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@carsonfry Yes, I think he is doing a very bad job. To provide a better result I would have...

1. Told the truth.
2. Demonstrated an interest in others, not my made-for-TV image.
3. I would not play gold during working hours and relied on Executive Orders because I was too lazy to do my job of persuading people to my point of view.

What specifically are you hoping to accomplish by asking the exact same question in exactly the same way over and over again? Explain yourself.

It works like this. Trump is growing the economy 4+ percent. What would you have done to make that better?
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@carsonfry The statistics the failing and gutless Baby-trump is using are ones he claimed were fake when Obama used them. That being said, if you spend money like a bandit (unfunded tax cut) you are going to get short-term growth (what the media is calling a "sugar high"). But, in the longer term, that money is going to have to be paid back (what the media and some economists are calling a "sugar crash"). So, what your Baby has done is juiced the economy for the praise now and not thinking about what happens when it comes time to pay back the money (over $1 trillion) back.

So... I wouldn't have gone for a short term 4+ percent growing economy (using fake statistics, by the way, according to the Baby) and instead opted for the slower growth that was already taking place because living within a budget only makes fiscal responsibility sense.

You believe Obama's low marks, but you no not trust Trumps. Obama was one of the most dishonest presidents in history.

But this goes deeper than that.

You say Trump is bad, what would you do that would be better?
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@carsonfry So, you believe since Obama was one of the most dishonest president's in history, that somehow justifies the failing and gutless Baby-trump? So, Obama is YOUR gold standard of comparison and since he was dishonest, it's okay for the failing and gutless Baby-trump to also be dishonest? You are saying that you like dishonesty in a president and that's why you are praising the Baby's performance? I think I understand.

I already told you what I would do. Give me a sign you are able to read what I previously wrote.
carsonfry · 22-25, M
As I posted before. This about you and Trump. If Trump is so bad, what would you have done that would have made you a better president?
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@carsonfry What did I say I would do?
carsonfry · 22-25, M
But those are not actions. Trump is doing things. What would you DO that would be better than Trump? Just because you would not lie and taking your claim that he would does not show me any proof that your actions would create a better result.

I do not believe Trump lies, I believe he bluffs.

But I ask again, Trump has done a lot of things to improve the USA, if he has done something wrong, please pick the event and tell us how you could have done it better.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@carsonfry I would not have pushed an unfunded massive tax cut. I would not have lied about it by calling it the biggest one in history. Instead of holding to a rigorous golf playing schedule, I would have worked with Congress to address immigration instead of promoting the government to rip apart families and lying about that. I would not have said the nuclear threat from North Korea was eliminated when that was never the case.

Tell me one specific thing you think he has done well... an action he has taken, not a talking point, and I will tell you what I would have done differently.
carsonfry · 22-25, M
Trump gave a tax cut to companies that encouraged them to make things in the USA and pay taxes in the USA, and hire Americans to make those products. That results in lower unemployment and more taxes paid by more employees paying taxes and a company making more widgets that may pay a lower rate, but because they make so much more widgets, they pay more taxes in the end, or even the same. But they employed more americans that will pay taxes.

How would you do that different?
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@carsonfry That's a talking point, but I've already answered this. Scroll up to find (and read) the answer and let me know what questions you have.
