@MarkPaul OK so he was officially charged with all of these or some of these offences -- I stand corrected - you are right - I wont argue the issue you have stated the laws that he broke and was charged with in the thread.

I think he might have J walked crossing the street when he was 20 years old I dont know but maybe. Also might not have made a complete stop at a stop sign - when he was a lad but who knows its possible.
