Whats the ratio of innocent people killed by guns/people (criminals)killed in legitimate self defence with guns?

I'm trying to work out if I like guns but I need more data before I make up my mind. If like 50 criminals are killed by guns for every innocent person killed, then pretty much I think guns are cool.
