Its a deep subject to discuss..
Primarily I see that governments must stop giving permanent jobs, so newer generation get the opportunity to develop in life. This will also make people to strive to become better in life, and upgrade their talents. Its like coming back to school to better orient, rather than using the newer generation talents as slaves.
