@Pikachu first was losing her jobs but she worked in religious groups and there not exactly the most open minded people. A large chunk of them still believe the earth is flat.

Then there's struggles with being trans. While i don't know much that's coz i never cared about ones gender anyway. However it has nothing to do with WHITE MALE privilage. It has to do with being trans n not a woman and alot of people don't understand

There's the asshat on the plane and even I've ran I to guys like that its just someone being an asshole.

I feel like you missed one of her main points: She had no idea that she was privileged because she'd never known anything else.

In the US black people have more unliscened weapons. There's a higher rate of black on black crime. And there's black officers who have shot people so what there racist to themselves?

Nobodies resumes are perfectly identical. There's always subtle differences. Even then its a business they want to make money. Choosing a less qualified person just coz he's a man is stupid for business.

Last i checked being fired for being gay is discrimination and illegal and almost always leads to a lawsuit.

This was a study wherein [i]identical[/i] resumes were submitted for review. The only difference was the gender of the associated name. The resumes with female names were passed over at a higher rate with the stated reasons being that they were judged to be less qualified.
