Let the individual states decide if you don't like the law fire the lawmakers,and make the law apply to all employers in the state with no waivers or exceptions

@MarineBob It’s Already like that. Minimum wage applies to companies who operate in more than one state.

Government entities does not have to pay state minimum wage only federal, that includes cities and schools and any business grossing $500,000 or less
