I can pay the founder, the ceo, the cfo and the coo each a million dollars per year, have a company plane and a couple pilots, fly all over the world and show no profit. companies do it all the time. so with your idea, they don't have to pay their employees much.

@MrBrownstone look up profits for Uber, Twitter and Snapchat. look up their executive pay too. just to name 3. I think amazon is even on the list of companies that have never had a profit. not to mention, all colleges and huge non profit companies like the united way. they pay executives millions. with no profit. look up Harvard and yale.
