Bad move...

Socialism in my opinion is used to subert and undermine capitalism. Socialism history is full of failure, searching for a idealistic etopia they will never find. How many times must Socialism fail until people come up with a better idea? This is what baffle's me. The British system is clearly more socialist then America. We have Health care which is free at the point of use at the cost of the tax payer, open door immigration the size of a town a year which only adds to the stress on the NHS. The list is too long but know your anchor man is right lol

@JimboUk And was known long before Marx - de Tocqueville wrote "Socialism and Democracy cannot go together. You can't have it both ways. Socialism is just a new form of Slavery."
or...
...while Democracy seeks equality in liberty, Socialism seeks equality
in restraint and servitude."
That seems rather clear.

I only saw it recently...but now it is too clear. And the result is they are creating a world of mental and emotional children the better to sell their useless consumer garbage and garbage ideas to. For example...in 1939 how many major box office-successful movies were made from comic books? In 2017 how many were NOT?

A dumbed Down Society is easy to manipulate and control. Same reason they have broken up communities and families. The media are a great example, sideline Hollywood for a second. How many times are you told breaking news, and given a 30 second segment? Its to condition people to focus less on the details and more on Breaking news headlines. Its all part of the dumbing down process and the same goes for comic book movies instead of thought provoking stories. Most kids these days look up to a baseball player or a footballer, with lower IQ then themselves lol our parents generation grew up listening to philosophes or poets.

Ummm....I wonder if making people live life so vicariously also is part of it. We have so many people who live through others, a footballer or Kim Kardashian, or by loving or hating whom the Orwellian media tells them to hate (Pres. Trump) or love whom they tell you to love (Oprah Winfrey before she tries to get another Swiss handbag salesgirl fired)
