Dude, I feel for you, I understand... The problem are not the dictators themselves, the problem is that there are so many idiots willing to legitimize dictators... Hitler went to power by totally legitimate means and he was *adored*... Some Italians still think Mussolini was great. Most Russians *adore* Putin, Venezuelans voted for Hugo Chavez in droves and look what's left of that country. Half of Americans think that Trump is such a great guy. The problem is not this or that "leader"... The problem is when a sizable population of a country is blind and ignorant. I was fortunate enough to be able to move to Canada, but not everyone is lucky enough to leave their country before the whole thing collapses because other idiots didn't had the basic brains to figure out what was coming...
