Meaning a European or Canadian style model where everyone pays the same. Statistically it costs less and delivers better outcomes for the society as a whole where it has been tried. As suggested by Bernie Sanders.

Most Americans can't afford medical care. I'd say they better try something different or we're going to keep having problems.
