Meaning a European or Canadian style model where everyone pays the same. Statistically it costs less and delivers better outcomes for the society as a whole where it has been tried. As suggested by Bernie Sanders.

@Burnley123 well, here Medicare and Medicaid is government. They cover more than half. It's just that Big Pharma is one greedy mofo, a prescription drug that costs $10 in Germany costs $250 here.

That's because Medicare BY LAW is prohibited from negotiating discounts that Walmart, CVS and big hospital chains get.

Change the law and Medicare would get the discounts for bulk purchases, too.
