Why all the censorship by Trump supporters?
Over the last few days, and in two,separate threads, I have been blocked and my comments have been deleted simply for disagreeing with the original poster of the question. What is the reason for a forum like this if we cannot have a respectful back and forth and exchange of ideas? That is the spirit of intelligent and civilized discourse. I find it hugely ironic that a group of people whom avidly support the Second Amendment, the right to bear arms, have totally forgotten the First amendment, the right to freedom of speech. There have been some very lively exchanges on many topics here, and I have utmost respect for those who have expressed their disagreement with my views in a rational way. Therefore, I call for all to respect the views of others and refrain from blocking and deleting people and views one disagrees with. If you have the courage to post, you should also have the courage to tolerate dissent and disagreement. The censorship must stop now.
