If Trump isn't guilty of anything and there is no collusion as he claims, then why would he need to pardon himself?

I suppose that would be a really good question...If we didn't already know the answer. Trumps business practices are well known. His recent family deals in China and India demonstrate practices that seriously call into question the ethics of his deals and we KNOW there is Russian and Chinese state controlled money propping up both his and other family members buildings in the US.. Now back in the good old days that would have been enough to get the anti Trust lawyers drooling.
