I wonder which of Trumps speeches will live in infamy. I remember listening to a speech made my John F Kennedy. And I think even my grandchildren might listen to it someday. “Ask not what your country can do for you--ask what you can do for your country."

Seems as though every speech he makes, he’s either complimenting himself or knocking someone else down.

@SimplyTracie Or just simply saying what people want to hear and then doing the exact opposite. The young guys at work are starting to say Why Tell The Truth, it will just get me in trouble. That whole attitude where you just lie to people to appease them is trickling down into corporations and businesses. Who cares about the employee, there's another person who wants their job.

@SimplyTracie The Republicans were not good as role models, they went 8 years voting NO, party line on everything, no matter who Obama was trying to help. Vets, NO, Women, No, Healthcare, NO.

@SimplyTracie yes he promised job but what did he do took away more he forced the government schools to teach common core but takes his girl out cause he didn't want them to learn it. He started the black life matter and saying cops are bad guns are bad but he is protected by them.

With some Presidents - Truman, Kennedy, and Reagon in relatively recent memory - America came first and the party came second; with some Presidents - Johnson, for example - the party came first and the nation was second; with Trump, he comes before both the party and the country.

His motto is “Trump Uber Alles”. I used Germanic expression for President Drumpf (his ancestral name) due to his heritage. I wonder if there is any family connection to Hitler?

Trump has no problem pointing his finger at others and calling them liars and cowards or not being patriotic "We love our flag" ??? I think we all know what he sees when HE looks in the mirror or sees himself on TV, even on the "Fake News" media. Perhaps an attitude of disdain for other people bordering on "Let them eat cake". @SimplyTracie

Yeah, I don't think Trump ever read a history book that's true, we read/study history so that we don't make the same mistakes again. George Washington's farewell letter warned about Foreign Gov's interfering in our Gov. process, "No Collusion" ?, and of False Patriots. "We love our flag" @beckyromero

I've voted against Obama five times.

He's way too far to the left politically for my liking and is too dovish on foreign policy.

But I cannot say he isn't a good role model.

On the contrary. All indications are that he is a loving, faithful spouse and a fine father. He doesn't engage in public displays of rage and I think he genuinely believed he could help heal racial divisions in our country.

Melania is going to work against Bullying in her "Be Best" program, probably should discuss what Plagiarism means too. @SimplyTracie

I'm not sure that what she has said or done about Her platform is her own personal work, it seems more likely that a staff/support person threw this thing together, taking the quick easy way by copying Michelle's already published work for her and she just OK'ed it not knowing. I know I could be totally wrong. They're always so screwed up about everything 'one hand doesn't no what the other is doing' in Trumps "well oiled machine" It's a damn disgusting mess.
