What? Another Judge Gives Probation for Rapist of 13-Year old Girl
There seems to be an epidemic out there effecting jurists hearing rape cases.
It's called, Probationitis.
Here's another judge handing out probation for the rape of a 13-year old girl.
"I beg you, your honor, make them pay!" said the girl's grandfather, who urged 4th Judicial District Judge Michael McHenry to reject their plea agreements and order the defendants to trial.
