The Capital Gains Tax in the US should be raised to match the percentages of the Income Tax. Rich people make most of their money from investments and pay a much smaller percentage of that income in taxes than wage earners and salaried employees.

@quitwhendone Yes. If income is income, regardless of source, it would change everything.
Even if you just make those who were the target of Sen. Sanders' push for taxation--the traders on Wall Street who make every dime from trading, thus only pay capital gains--we could fund the "college for everyone" initiative.
Of course, treating it all the same would help Social Security, Medicare, ...
