Does not. He analyzed the intelligence he received. If manipulated at all it was further down the chain of command. Even then it’s more likely those folks made honest miscalculations. @WoodyAq

If you don't like the Iran deal, what do you think Bolton's alternative is going to be? I don't know myself, but based on his history ...

So as I wrote the president has good advisors to process events. Appointing Bolton is a shot across the bow of NK to knock them off kilter a littler prior to the talks. Brilliant balance of good advisors. . @WoodyAq
