@WoodyAq Tourists have to be screened. I work with an ambulance service in Europe that has to be trained in infection prevention. To the point that we have specific stage by stage instructions on how to turn off a tap you used to where to dispose of each type of waste to how to administer a wide range of dressings, aids and medications in relation to disease infection. Though I probably don't know what I'm talking about after working in that field for 4 years as well as having a teaching role in the organisation to the point that independent companies have contacted me about training their staff. A lot of people who do the same thing are explicitly thinking about immigrants from Haiti and Africa and not, say, Norway.
