No Collusion?

Trump just tweeted:

So, does this mean that he no longer believes Putin's word, or does it mean that the investigation is not a witch hunt?

I’m frankly not sure what the President it up to. He has created and or engendered so much chaos exactly what is going on or his real intent is a mystery. @Northwest
