No Collusion?

Trump just tweeted:

Russia started their anti-US campaign in 2014, long before I announced that I would run for President. The results of the election were not impacted. The Trump campaign did nothing wrong - no collusion!

So, does this mean that he no longer believes Putin's word, or does it mean that the investigation is not a witch hunt?

@Northwest I'm sure he's not very happy that Director Wray contradicted the White House timeline on the Porter fiasco and showed them to be liars.
