Why do people complain about Trump calling countries s**t-holes?

maybe the world is in the state its in because we preferred to say nothing in case it upset someone . when things were obviously not right..

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout What good did it do? Did it fix anything? Did he make those countries all better by saying that? Of course not. All he did was offend people. Maybe you think that in itself is worth doing, but practicality would have been better served by just not saying anything. Yeah, some countries aren't great places to live, does saying that help anything?

@InvaderNice It’s not about making everyone happy. It’s about having common sense. Like the common sense to know that people from well off countries aren’t clamouring to leave because they’re rich. Unlike people who live in shitholes..

If my mom oppressed women, left citizens in poverty for her riches, etc. etc. like shithole countries do, then my mom would be a shithole. But she doesn’t do those things which is why Kekobaka’s OP doesn’t work.

@InvaderNice If my Mom invaded other countries and squeezed them with tariffs and economic sanctions. If she paid for proxy armies and assassins to topple Governments... yeah she would be a shothole.
