The Coastal Cities of California wish to split off from the rest of California to become the 51st state. Your thoughts?

Residents of the Coastal cities say that their state is being badly financially mismanaged. California is now the poorest state in the Union. It has been likened to a crazy old Uncle who wants to buy you dinner all the time but he owes a hundred grand to every loan shark. New California, comprised of the west coast cities, would then become the 51st state.

California seems to be keeping every deadbeat in that state up in welfare benefits. The west coast might be a lot better off if they can make their own laws.

@Mondayschild You might be right. I haven't been there in a loooong time, but I did just hear on the news that if you get off the ramp to exit into LA it's like entering...um....skid row.

@4meAndyou It's also where Bill Cosby's sons car broke down and he was killed! I use to live in CA and was so glad to be GONE!!!😥
