Why can't America get more Immigrants from Norway?

*Because they have an excellent universal health care scheme.
* Because they have a longer life expectancy than Americans.
* Because the recently ranked No 1 as the happiest nation on the planet (America comes in at 31)
* Because their nation has a trade SURPLUS of over a trillion dollars
* Because Donald Trump is not the President there.

All excellent points. Someone said that Trump's presence makes the U.S. a "sh*thole" to [b]anyone[/b] considering immigrating here. It would only make sense to someone in a dire situation at home.
