How Much TV Does He Watch?

In an effort to show that he does not watch 4-8 hours of TV per day, the President did a bunch of tweets attacking several media/news outlets, and singling out Don Lemon as the dumbest one of them all.

The question is, if he does not watch CNN, NBC, or read the NYT, and WaPo, how does he know that their coverage is bad?

Don Lemon WAS at one time a very pleasant easy to listen to disseminator of information. Personally I feel that Don made a poor career move when he chose to start directly attacking the President. That began after he got drunk on the New Years Eve broadcast from his hometown. Prior to his displaying partisanship I liked the Don Lemon portrayed on TV.

I wonder if the democrats and media simply stopped arguing about the legitimacy of the election whether the President would tweet way less, move into the background, let Kelly, Mattis,Tillerson et al handle the serious public stuff and simply sit back awarding medals, signing legislation and hosting and attending state functions.

@jackjjackson I have to agree with you about Don Lemon.
I haven't watched him in a long time. I lost respect for him on that New Year's Eve.

It is highly doubtful that trump would change in any way with any change in the press. The media hasn't been focused on the legitimacy of the election for a long time. They are focused on the way trump is handling the presidency. That's a big difference, and the press is not going to stop reporting on that, nor should they.

@jackjjackson OK, so he got drunk with Kathy Griffin (I can't really stand her), and ended up with ear piercings. The alternative was a tattoo. I still think he's pretty factual. CNN pulled his mike BTW, during that show. Even Anderson Cooper was kind of buzzed that night.
