How much do you know about feminism?

@LittleAnonymousChick Women can vote now because of feminism. We can drive. We have our own independence because of it. We don't need to marry men at the age of 18 and have 5 kids before we're 30 anymore. Today, in some jobs, women don't get paid the same amount as men do. A woman accused her colleague and got fired because of it. He got to keep his job. Women get raped on a daily basis. It needs to stop. I know feminism has got a really bad reputation. You only hear about the man-hating feminazis and not the people who really understand what feminism is. Equal rights, respect, the want to be treated like a real person and not a sex object. I believe that's what feminism is. I doubt this'll change your mind and I'm not trying to. A lot of women are against feminism. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course. Anyway, that's how I feel about it

@LadyGemini I don't need to support feminism to support the past. I don't need to support feminism to support women. Feminism has gotten a bad rap because it has affected society. I could careless about a yapping women but when she has control over the government then I don't acknowledge it. Men get raped. Yet we say nothing. This isn't a who's the biggest victim. All the issues you state men can deal with as well. You don't need feminism to want women to have freedom. I thank technology and birth control because without them women would still be slaves to their bodies. Feminism hasn't done anything. Technology and birth control has. Easy living has.
