During a natural disaster should cops shoot looters on sight

Looters are scum and having to deal with them puts cops in danger. Also while dealing with this scum cops are taken away from helping ppl

@SquirrelGirl They were arresting the homeless in Miami and jailing them, to get them off the streets.
