So ANTIFA....opinions?

I mean I'm sure everyone has opinions about them...I have opinions myself of course.

They are after all a very controversial group as of recent.

at a factual level, i see them as no different than the groups they protest. their language is protected by the first amendment which i hold sacrosanct. violent actions are subject to prosecution.

the only thing that bothers me about what's going on-- are the voices who believe that antifa and the people they protest should not have this voice, however disagreeable it may be.

it also bothers me that nonviolent protest and civil disobedience is demonized.

that said, one reason i'm committed to non-violent protest is that one tends to just mirror one's opponent when one is violent.

@TotalMiss In Boston, the alt-right folks got to speak, there were just 40 of them or so and 25,000 counter protestors, so it was kind of hard to hear them :)
