Is Trump's pardon of Arpaoi a presidential endorsement of racism and contempt of the law and the constitution ?

“With his pardon of Arpaio, Trump has chosen lawlessness over justice, division over unity, hurt over healing,” ACLU Deputy Legal Director Cecillia Wang said in a statement. “Once again, the president has acted in support of illegal, failed immigration enforcement practices that target people of color and have been struck down by the courts. His pardon of Arpaio is a presidential endorsement of racism.”

Of course it is. Trump has already indicated due process means nothing to him if he's convinced someone is guilty. The fact that he would preemptively pardon Arpaio before he could even be fairly tried like any other citizen is proof that Trump doesn't care how Arpaio may've abused his power, he's willing to support it.
@bijouxbroussard Arpaio is also a "birther" like his pardoner. They're both human filth.
@RootinTootinHighFalutin So yeah, we can assume he's a racist just like Trump is.
@bijouxbroussard Precisely.

@RootinTootinHighFalutin what do you mean by birther?
@Jm31xxx A "birther" is somebody who believed that Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States, and therefore wasn't eligible to be President.
