Do you think 'alt-right' is a great name?

I think it is actually. It's a superb rebranding and gives an undeserved radical chic to what should be called; "Hitler Youth Internet Dorks". 😝

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Last time you talked, I asked you three times whether you condemned white supremacists. Three times you dodged the question.

Do you condemn white supremacists?

@Burnley123 *Supremacists
I could condemn it till my lungs fell out. You typical trump hating twat would comprehend it as a full endorsement.. why bother with your crap?
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout It's true, unfortunately. Trump literally condemned white supremacy after Charlottesville and yet somehow he's still a racist.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Try condemning it. Other Trump supporters have and I have praised them for doing so.

Call me a twat all you like, this is the fourth time you have dodged the question when asked to condemn neo NAZIS.
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
@Burnley123 Actually, you asked him to condemn "white supremacists" in which he said he'd condemn them until his lungs fell out.
@Burnley123 That's because he doesn't condemn them.
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
@bijouxbroussard You asked him to condemn them and he just did.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@pianoplayingsteve He blamed both sides, then lied about phantom leftwing violence. He then backed up the cause of the KKK by defending Confederate symbols.

He then said some of the people on the demo were good people. Presumably if you go to a demo organised by Richard Spencer and David Duke, stand next to people carrying Swastika slags and march with people chanting "Jews will not replace us," you can still qualify as a good person.

How intollerent of me. My bad.
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
@Burnley123 You asked him to condemn the "white supremacists" and he did.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@pianoplayingsteve Nope he did not. Just posted a load of crappy memes about liberals being intollerent for condemning Nazis.

@pianoplayingsteve Ffs really? Are we reading the same thing?

He specifically said he wouldn't because what he claims perceives my reaction would be and that I am twat. I said that I have praised Trump supporters for condemning white supremacists. Again he dodged the question and posted a meme.
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
@Burnley123 Well, he said what I quoted. And yes, he did say that he could condemn racists, but he rightly points out that there are many people so deluded in their narrative of who is racist that someone could literally pour all their money into a racial equality movement and still be called racist.
@pianoplayingsteve The timing was the thing. Trump hasn't hesitated to condemn anything he hasn't liked before, whether it's been an actress criticizing him or something he's thought his predecessor did (no proof necessary). But now he hesitates ? And uses mealy-mouthed language about "both sides" being to blame, and "good people on both sides" ? So basically, he's blaming the people protesting to continue celebrating symbols of racist hatred equally with those protesting against discrimination. He's saying Heather Heyers was to blame for her own death. And the only person who sees "good people" among white supremacists is a fellow white supremacist. Even they know Trump is one of their own.
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
@bijouxbroussard The people on the other side were NOT protesting against discrimination. They also have disgusting idealogies. Both are violent and disgusting and Trump was right to condemn them both
@pianoplayingsteve That is what they were protesting in Charlottesville.
Steve I classified all sides equals in fuckwittey days ago.. this guy only wants to denounce racism and hate /violence from the 'other side'.
And is happy to give the fuckwits in his elk a free pass. Now he's trying to shame me and corner me into denouncing the neo nazis?
Fuck Bentley the over sensitive hypocritical brainwashed tool 👍😁
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@pianoplayingsteve You can change the subject to other issues and blur lines but I asked him a simple question about his attitude to the extreme right and he dodged it.

This is not about political correctness but whether you can condemn NAZIs. Most Republicans are distancing themselves from Trump Asap because they don't want any association with the KKK or the alt right.
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
@bijouxbroussard No, they weren't. Protesting doesn't involve standing right in front of where a non violent protest is and then throwing punches, knowing who the media will blame. The anti protesters comprised of a lot of antifa members, who are disgusting thugs.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@bijouxbroussard I admire your persistence, but you're not going to get anywhere with these folks that support white supremacists and make excuses for them. It just isn't going to happen.
