Destroy all the slave owners statues?

Maybe we should tear down all the statues and destroy the monuments to former slave holders, like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Ulysses S. Grant.
Will that make everyone happy and less triggered?

how about just the ones that celebrate wealthy southerners who committed treasonous actions...
you know... the ones built in the jim crow era...

very southern
i have dead confederates in my family(not officers).
poor privates who damn near starved and were injured for rich men.
