I heard the State Department was going to continue its investigation in the matter - if she were currently employed (and if they found sufficient grounds) they could suspend or terminate her, since she is a former employee it could result in a letter for her file that might affect her ability to be hired for a position that would need a security clearance -

unclebuck: First, great name. What I'm saying is that eight previous investigations yielded the same results as this one (just in): no criminal charges. She's never even been accused of illegal activity, only procedural breaches that may or may not have compromised security. The FBI has declared no problem.

People killed - 4 people at the embassy in Benghazum then shortly thereafter a chinook transport chopper named Extortion 17 that was inbound with Seal Team 6 members to Afghanistan who had been responsible for taking out bin Laden. It's flight path was obviously known by enemy insurgents who downed it. That knowledge would have been classified. Huma, her aide of 17 years and a Muslim Brotherhood spy is the likely suspect because they would have wanted that intel very badly. Doesn't matter, nothing is going to come of it. The media is in full protection mode and Lynch wouldn't prosecute if the FBI handed her evidence on a silver platter. Lunch is not going to kill her chances in the Democratic Party. Federal prosecutors aren't going to do anything because they will want to keep their job if Hillary is elected.

Oconnor. According to the fbi statement of an hour ago...they have found evidence of violation of statute but have not recommended to the prosectors that legal action be taken. At thos point, until the prosectors agree she has not been cleared.

Theu interview people and then determine if there is a need for an arrest or indictment. I wasnt there so I cant tell you if she did something illegal or not

Between the two candidate choices, she is clearly the lesser evil to me. Compared to Trump, an impaired imp with a toad's IQ and a chip on his shoulder is the lesser evil. Trump is dangerous in his ignorance, conceit and bigotry. He stands for whatever the lowest common denominator wants. If people were shouting for Muslims to be given keys to the city, that's what he'd be endorsing.
