S. Morteza Lajevardi's translation of Persian Poetry

There's 2 volumes for Rumi, 1 for Hafiz, and one that covers 1000 years with 65 poets.

One of the greatest cyber friends I ever had was Persian, and the poetry from there is world famous. I hope she is doing well, if there's a knowing who I mean and if I missed something, please let me know.

There's a little bit of thematic overlap between this rich poetic heritage and that of Rilke, so I thought why not, these are literal translations, so there's I take it some drawbacks from that approach. Like Rilke it will be good to have as many translations as there are out there, to get as close as possible to the richness and texture of the originals.
