Disrobing layers of consciousness, memories, dreams

See me not with your eyes
but with your soul

Cradle my intricacies in your palm
My hopes, desires, and fears

Guide me to the freedom which can only be attained by fully being known

I find the poem interesting because we relate to it whether we want to or not, we never attain that level of freedom by being truly known by anyone, and instead of “undress” my mind, cloak mine in layers upon layers of what I may learn

@Whendidyouknow Yes the poem is about someone here that came into my life and made a wonderful difference in how we relate with each other...😊
