How tall is your grass right now?

it's, like, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really short

My yard has grass getting high up to knees due to wet weather making mowing tricky but my Actual Grass (tm) is dead, dry, blowing away in the wind. ;-)

literally? or figuratively?

Literally - it's half a metre in some spots of the yard because of months of wet weather and my work never co-operating to give me a dry day when I'm off work.

Figuratively - no romantic/intimate interest so it's dead, buried, blowing away in the wind. lol

Not as tall as it would have been if it hadn’t had a haircut yesterday.

About 6 foot now

8-10 feet tall - typical of subtropical grasses in a wet season.
The rain has been heavy for weeks - no chance to safely slash on steep clay slopes.

Not very.
It has barely had time to breathe after being weighed down with snow (it snowed just a few days ago, even!)

I just mowed today

Not tall, it just got cut
