How can something exist without having been created?

How can something exist without having been created? And how can something be created from nothing? The answer is that something does not necessarily need to be created. Therefore something was not created from nothing and something has always existed. The problem is that we cannot understand the concept that something does not need to be created. We cannot understand the concept that something can always exist.

something has always existed
Really? Like what? The universe itself? No, unfortunately for you, that's clearly not the case, the evidence for a finite history to our observable reality being overwhelming (ex. the ever-increasing entropy of the system as a whole pointing to the existence of a point in time within the past as being the 'moment of creation').
