Not a short term solution but I promise, this works.
1) Wake up at the same time, every day. Even on your days off.
2) Cut out ALL caffeine after 3PM
3) Only actually GO to bed when you're ready to sleep. Do not go to bed in the anticipation of waiting for sleep.
4) No Naps! (At least until you get the hang of this.)
5) In the evening, an hour or so before bed turn down all the lights, shut off the electronics and pick up a book or some crocheting or a crossword puzzle. Let your brain take in the cues that it's getting toime for bed.
Eventually you'll find that you can wake without an alarm. You'll go to bed when you feel tired and wake refreshed and you'll be surprised at how much sleep you actually **need.**
