have you ever experienced sleep paralysis?

did it start when you were a kid or later? i never had an issue with it up until a year or two ago.

Yes, and I hate it. It hasn't happened to me in quite a while tho, but years ago when I went thru a very stressful situation it happened quite often. I'm sorry you're dealing with it 💜
