have you ever experienced sleep paralysis?
did it start when you were a kid or later? i never had an issue with it up until a year or two ago.

I am regularly visited by my sleep paralysis demon. I made its acquaintance in high school and now it haunts me at least a few times a month. High stress seems to be a factor
