I Have Had Sleep Paralysis

It happened to me again馃槚 I woke up to myself totally unable to move my body again I tried so hard to move my arms but nothing moved at all in front of my eyes. I tried to wiggle my fingers and toes but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't move them at all. That sounds frightening. Is this caused by anxiety?
My anxiety caused sleep problems one was stopping breathing in my sleep.
Sending you big hugs.
Maybe prepare for this so you have something you can look at if this happens again.
Have a night light in your room so it鈥檚 not entirely dark when you wake up.
Put some thing sparkly or colourful on the ceiling or dangling from ceiling. Something calming and relaxing to look at.
I can鈥檛 imagine what this must feel like.
Sending you hugs honey. 馃

@Intissima well its mostly not being able to move while having hallucinations that scares me. In fact it has always happened during day time it's all bright so the hallucinations are clear to see. it didn't happen to me lately and thanks that's really sweet of you 馃
