I Have Had Sleep Paralysis

It happened to me again😖 I woke up to myself totally unable to move my body again I tried so hard to move my arms but nothing moved at all in front of my eyes. I tried to wiggle my fingers and toes but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't move them at all. So I wake up, try really hard but can't move, then pass out.. wake up again, try even harder but still can't move, then pass out again.. wake up again.. and again.. and again.. it was such a torture.... I also heard people knocking the door I kept repeating to my self it's all in my head it's all in my head... then it's gone. I knew it would become more if I didn't try to tell myself that
