I Have Had Sleep Paralysis
Because of this I can never go back to sleep when I wake up too early, coz it almost always happen when I go back to sleep and I've always been waking up too early these days I'm so sleepy 馃槪

I have had it happen about six times in my life, and it's usually when I sleep on a mattress that's really soft. It's a terrifying feeling though being awake and unable to move and your heart is racing.

@Katherine1994 wow that sounds terrifying. I stopped mine by sleeping on a really firm mattress, i don't know if that really fixed it or if it was just a coincidence but worth trying.
