What's the most funny and/or embarrassing way you've ever hurt your back?

I've never seriously hurt my back yet (and I'm in my 70s).

No back, knee, or hip problems so far 🙏

Once during cheerleading in highschool. I was being stupid and trying to do shit I shouldn't. I fell.

A couple years ago, practicing a routine and fell off the pole (it wasn't for stripping lol, it was for fitness and fun in my apartment).

Thankfully i haven't hurt my back.. my husband’s tho is in a terrible state nothing funny about it ..

I was getting trash out of the passenger floor board and sneezed. Was out of commission for like three days.

making my bed... i stopped making it since.... i was 15

I busted major ass on an.electric skateboard. And when I was doing HVAC I slipped on some funky steps and I hit so.hard I still have a lump under the skin on my ass

Hubs went in a little hard (he's not little) and I flew straight off the bed. Ended up a year in agony - was pregnant so the docs couldnt do much - and still suffer today, 11 years later.

Funniest ever was tweaking it by farting 😂😂

Just trying to beat boredom on a Saturday night. 🥺
