I hope you get better soon.
Not all pain is enjoyable but that's a conversation for another type of post.

@Miram meeh it just pissing me off. Idk why but these stones are making my upper back ache too which is weird. There’s a 50% chance of me passing this one but it’s been over a week.

@Captainjackass I assume it is small enough to get passed. To be frank here, I automatically prescribe diclofenac sodium unless there are contre-indications like heart conditions, ulcers.. etc.
Ds works better for better pain management. And because it is so effective at reducing related inflammation and edema, the stones tend to pass quicker. It is common to have that sort of back pain.
Talk to whoever has your medical records and ask for pretty short term use of ds.

@Miram Flowmax helped me pass it last time. However this stone is 7mm and is 50/50 if it passes on its own. As long as I keep stooped over or lay down it’s not to bad. I’ll check out DS though if it doesn’t pass soon.

@Captainjackass is there a reason you got the stone? You mentioned you've gotten them before.
My niece had one and went through hell. Apparently she'd gotten it from constantly drinking tea and little to no water. I've backed off most soda myself and drink water daily. While I've never had a stone, I could have had crystals before but when I'd gotten an abdomen ultrasound done a couple years ago, everything was normal to the lab tech.
