Back Pain… I am struggling to cope

My back has flared up again it is so painful but it feels different to how it did it feels more intense and less skeletal. I must go to the Doc again, I can’t keep being in this pain it is becoming unbearable for me and I have a high pain threshold,

I worry it is more serious or something to do with my kidneys
