Cyatic nerve pain sux

Anybody ever had a shooting cyatic nerve of the right hip? Chiropractor told me it swells and then it hurts causing leg pain and hip pain. Ever since my wreck inv2011 its got spasms if i stand more than 2 hrs on it..work is 8 to 10 hrs long and those STUPID mats on concrete DO NOT help 😒 only 3 hrs left then i can go home n soak in epson salt and take a hot bath..yay!

I haven't had sciatica or any issues with my sciatic nerve. I work a sit down job finally after 10+ years of hell working jobs you have to stand. I can't do it anymore.
