I hate having a herniated disc in my back. It's constantly pinching nerves in my hip.

That's the cause behind this pain. I've been dealing with it for over a decade. Unfortunately it's gotten worse and the pinching has become much more frequent. I can probably count on one hand how many days this month I've gone without pain.
