Seasonal Allergies.

Anyone else in Pa. suffering from fall allergies? Lightheaded, tired....

I'm not in Pa but this is my allergy season... ragweed. I'm doing fairly okay this year with liposomal vit C (helps break down excess histamine and reduces inflammation) and Simply Saline nasal spray. Allergy meds make me feel like death
